- I don't feel very well at the moment.
- I felt fine in the morning, I felt very well, but in the afternoon I started to have a headache.
- Now I feel ill, I feel sick.
- I went to the doctor one hour ago and he sent me some medicine.
- I have to take an aspirin.
- An aspirin is a tablet that you take when your head hurts.
- I think I have a cold.
- I have a headache, a runny nose and I am sneezing a lot.
- I need a lot of tissues to wipe my nose.
- I think I'm going to go to bed soon.
- Last month I had toothache.
- I went to the dentist to see what the problem was.
- They said that I had an infection, so they gave me some medication.
- Now I don't have toothache.
- In the spring I usually get hay fever.
- I am allergic to something in the flowers and in the grass.
- I sneeze all day and my eyes go red.
- I also get an itchy throat.
- I can take hay fever tablets if I need them.
- Sometimes my allergy is very bad and I have asthma.
- That means that it is difficult for me to breathe.
- Luckily in the UK we don't really have malaria.
- Mosquitoes can give people malaria in some countries.
- We only have this problem when we go on holiday.
- There are some serious illnesses that affect a lot of people every year, like cancer or heart attacks.
- To stay healthy, it is important to have a healthy diet and to exercise.
- Doing sport is really good for you.
- It will also help you to relax if you feel stressed.
- So find a sport that you enjoy to keep healthy, relaxed and fit.
