I don't feel very well at the moment. I felt fine in the morning, I felt very well, but in the afternoon I started to have a headache.

  1. I don't feel very well at the moment.
  2. I felt fine in the morning, I felt very well, but in the afternoon I started to have a headache.
  3. Now I feel ill, I feel sick.
  4. I went to the doctor one hour ago and he sent me some medicine.
  5. I have to take an aspirin.
  6. An aspirin is a tablet that you take when your head hurts.
  7. I think I have a cold.
  8. I have a headache, a runny nose and I am sneezing a lot.
  9. I need a lot of tissues to wipe my nose.
  10. I think I'm going to go to bed soon.
  11. Last month I had toothache.
  12. I went to the dentist to see what the problem was.
  13. They said that I had an infection, so they gave me some medication.
  14. Now I don't have toothache.
  15. In the spring I usually get hay fever.
  16. I am allergic to something in the flowers and in the grass.
  17. I sneeze all day and my eyes go red.
  18. I also get an itchy throat.
  19. I can take hay fever tablets if I need them.
  20. Sometimes my allergy is very bad and I have asthma.
  21. That means that it is difficult for me to breathe.
  22. Luckily in the UK we don't really have malaria.
  23. Mosquitoes can give people malaria in some countries.
  24. We only have this problem when we go on holiday.
  25. There are some serious illnesses that affect a lot of people every year, like cancer or heart attacks.
  26. To stay healthy, it is important to have a healthy diet and to exercise.
  27. Doing sport is really good for you.
  28. It will also help you to relax if you feel stressed.
  29. So find a sport that you enjoy to keep healthy, relaxed and fit.
