  4. Hello. I'm ringing just to make inquiries about renting a house.

  6. What sort of thing were you looking for? Um,
  7. Two-bedroom house with garden.
  8. Well, yes, sir, that shouldn't be any problem.
  9. Just to let you know that our main areas,
  10. The main areas we deal with, are the city centre itself.
  11. City centre, uh-huh. And the north suburbs.
  12. Oh, well, uh... We were most interested in the northern areas, actually.

  15. Certainly. It really ranges from £250 per month.
